| Reflections of Peace | | Hello! Happy School Year! And a very big welcome from the seven students in our classroom that I call "The Magnificent Seven"
I am thrilled with the curriculum that my staff and I have assembled entitled "Mind, Body, and Soul". It is a beautiful blend of enriching activities that will stimulate the entire aura of the student.
A classroom can only be a success with a strong para-professional staff. I believe that our students are truly advanced by the guidance of Allen, Stacy, and Jeff. It ranks as the finest staff that I have ever worked with.
Speaking of success- my life away from Bridge View surrounds me with 4 wonderful children
I am entirely excited about the possibilities of this school year. My staff and I truly look forward to working with "The Magnificent Seven"

Mind, Body, and Soul We have developed an educational plan this year with classes that are
specifically designed to fearture all aspects of the students
personality.
To develop the MIND we have included classes in spelling, math, speech, computer lab, and cooking.
To develpo the BODY classes include last years very successful walking club, daily swimming, exercise class and gym.
To
develop the SOUL we have two seperate music classes, art and a new
addition this year- yoga. In this class we will practice great posture
and will at the same time nuture the soul.
Throw in some classes
dealing with life after Bridge View (Friends Group, Home Living and all
community based work programs) and I believe that we will develop all
aspects of our students better than ever before.
We will also be
taking field trips to the Childrens Theater, Ordway Center for the
Performing arts, Belwin Nature Center and The OmniTheater. |
